Hippie Chit Jungle Hotel is an eco-friendly boutique hotel located in the heart of Tulum’s Hotel Zone, surrounded by renowned beach clubs, restaurants, and bars.
It is designed for travelers who want to experience the destination’s energy and return to a comfortable place to rest after a day or night out.

Important: Due to our location, music from nearby venues can be heard at night, especially during events. The hotel is not recommended for guests seeking complete silence or early-night rest.

As an eco-hotel, we operate with sustainable resources to reduce environmental impact:

• Solar panels are used for energy generation
• Air conditioning (mini split) operates from 8:00 PM onward
• Water used in showers and toilets comes from a local cenote (saline water)
• Purified bottled water is provided for brushing teeth
• High-consumption electrical devices (hair dryers, irons, etc.) are not permitted

These conditions are part of the hotel concept and do not constitute service failures.

When breakfast is included in the rate:

• It is not served inside the hotel
• It is offered at a partner beach club approximately 2 km away
• Transportation is not included

Guests are encouraged to review this information before booking.

The hotel does not have on-site parking.

• A nearby parking lot operates under agreement with the hotel
• Preferred guest rate: MXN $400 per 24 hours
• Parking service is external and at the guest’s responsibility
• Payment can be made directly to the parking provider or through the hotel

 • Cancellation policies depend on the selected rate at the time of booking
• Non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or early departure adjustments
• No refunds are issued for unused nights in case of early check-out
• Any exception may be considered only as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute obligation or precedent 

 • Room changes are subject to availability
• A change may involve a rate adjustment depending on the room type
• Offering a room change does not imply recognition of a service failure 

 • All rooms include a safety box
• The property has security surveillance
• The hotel is not responsible for valuables not properly secured 

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that:

• They have read and accepted these policies
• They understand the active nightlife environment of the area
• They accept the ecological operating conditions of the hotel
• They understand the experience is designed for travelers who enjoy Tulum’s social and nightlife scene

 • Any concerns must be communicated during the stay so that timely solutions can be offered
• Complaints submitted after check-out may not be eligible for adjustments
• Refund requests outside the platform where the reservation was made will not be accepted
